Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Just Call Jill, we know that plans can change! We do our best to be flexible while also respecting the time and commitment of our trusted sitters.

Payment

All payments are due in full at the time of service. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

Drop-In Visits

  • 24 hours or more notice: 100% refund

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund

Overnight Stays & Day Boarding

(at your home or your sitter’s home)

  • 7 days or more notice: 100% refund

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: 50% refund

Holiday Overnight Stays

  • 14 days or more notice: 100% refund

  • Less than 14 days’ notice: 50% refund

Refund Discretion

All refunds are issued at the discretion of the business owner. We always aim to be fair and understanding in each situation.
