Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Just Call Jill, we know that plans can change! We do our best to be flexible while also respecting the time and commitment of our trusted sitters.

Payment

All payments are due in full at the time of service. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

Drop-In Visits

24 hours or more notice: 100% refund
2-24 hours’ notice: 50% refund
Less than 2 hours notice: No refund

Overnight Stays & Day Boarding

(at your home or your sitter’s home)

7 days or more notice: 100% refund
1-7 days’ notice: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours notice: No refund

Holiday Overnight Stays

14 days or more notice: 100% refund
2-14 days’ notice: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours notice: No refund

Refund Discretion

All refunds are subject to the discretion of the business owner. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.
